MotionU is the largest online events calendar for the entire automotive industry. We built this because we are automotive enthusiasts just like you, and we wanted more opportunities to attend car and motorcycle events with people who care about what we care about.

Our team aimed to make MotionU the most fascinating automotive website on the planet and to drive wheeled-vehicle enthusiasts to actively participate in events they otherwise might not know were happening in their own backyards. MotionU shares the camaraderie and spirit of the collective automotive, motorcycle, and truck industries: we are an enthusiastic people with a lifestyle that is wonderful to be a part of.

We also want MotionU to be a place where automotive professionals can use cost-effective, precision advertising to promote their product or service to a receptive audience.

Most of all, we want to operate a company that rewards their employees for the good work that they do. Our coworkers are everything that makes this company and this community special to be involved in.

Absolutely! If you are posting an event that you, your business, or your organization are hosting and it is related to wheeled-vehicles, then posting that event is free.

The only stipulation we currently have is that if the event you have posted appears to be a direct promotion for a service or product your company or organization is offering, we consider that an advertisement and will refuse to post it/remove it from our site. If you want to sell a product or service, please help keep MotionU an honest community by purchasing advertising space to promote your product or service.

Most likely, yes. We love to see members directly post their own events, but people who host dozens of unique events sometimes require additional help, and we are happy to provide any help we can.

There are two ways to enter multiple events. If the event is recurring, like monthly meetings or weekly races that occur at the same place and time every week, put the first event in as you want it to appear. Once you have posted that event for approval, you can return to the event in the "My Events" page, select it, then choose to "Copy" that event at the top of the page. When you select "Copy," change the date and any other pertinent information, then select "Post." This event will also be sent for approval by a MotionU staff member. The process becomes easier and faster the more you use the "Post Event" page.

If you do have a sizeable volume of events (20 or more), don’t hesitate to call our customer service line at (866) 896-8679. If your information is well-organized and with valid events, we would be happy to upload the events for you. Equally, we will be happy to answer any questions related to MotionU that will help get your events live in a timely manner.

Yes! You can pick the market area where you want your advertising displayed, and when the ad has been purchased and the graphics/links uploaded, the ad will display in that market area for the week you have purchased.

No. While we are happy to provide our list of automotive events to the wheeled-vehicle community for free, our members and prospective customers are just that … ours. We maintain a list of over 60,000 individual automotive-related accounts that we continually refine and update, and we want to protect them and their privacy as much as we possibly can.
